    I am pretty certain it is cast iron
    I do not know if is authentic or reproduction
    It is very heavy and weights 7lbs
    I
    am selling these for a friend and the original owner (his father) would have been 80 years old had he lived.
    He was also a long time employee of The Lynchburg Foundry in Lynchburg, VA.
    I have also listed a railroad shop apron from the same owner
    Shows a lot of wear.
