    Here is a very unusual railroad trust plate made out of heavier-than-normal cast iron.
    It weighs approximately 2 pounds.
    It was painted silver at some point a long time ago. This plate measures approximately 10.25 inches by 3.5 inches.
    The lower right edge is missing a small piece of metal.
    There is no visible means of attaching this plate to a railroad car.
    I've never seen such a trust plate before.
    It refers to The Interstate Commerce Act recorded Under SEC. 20 (c).
