Carrier is in excellent condition and appears to have never been used.
No noted rips, tears, stains or odors
Bag is canvas with mesh on the top and sides
Bag unzips on one end and also on the top
Zippered pocket on the other end of the bag
Bag has carry handles as well as a strap to put over ones shoulder
Clasp with short leash inside the bag to clasp to animals collar
A Loop-material on one end, could run a seat belt through
Also two velcro straps on the bottom for safety. Could also run seatbelt through the bottom, or strap on shopping cart
Bag is:
