Old Concrete Decorative Architectural Detail Tombstone Shapes With Angels Face

Old Concrete Late 1800 I don’t know a lot about this piece but after looking it over it looks to me as though it could’ve possibly been an architectural decorative element that could’ve possibly went on the front of the building. The reason I am led to believe this is due to the holes that are drilled into the front of it and at the bottom. It came from an old estate in Hancock Park and the lady had it out in her garden and told us it was from the late 1800s either way it has a very interesting look
