Directions and Dosage Instructions
Bottom Flaps: 1. Fold side flaps in. 2. Fold Flap A Down. 3. Fold Flap B Up. 4. Tuck Flap B into Opening of Flap A. Top Flaps 5. Fold down and Outward at perforation. (Both sides) 6. Fold inwards at bottom of top flap. (Both sides) 7. Fold handle flap up across left and right top flaps. 8. Fasten end Flaps to die cut flaps.
