This is a replica of a Norfolk and Western S1a locomotive Roanoke Shop builders plate. This is over 40 years old and is high quality cast brass. Not plastic resin, plaster or aluminum. Cast brass just like the originals so if you do not want to spend over 00 for an original and want a high quality plate for display, this is for you.
