Getting the right lid:
See drawing in photos, or contact us before buying if unsure of lid type needed. Look and compare dimensions of your ring. Generally fits Ford Meter Box 20" monitor style covers or equal.
Replaces metal top lids where AMR or AMI radio antennas need to come through but not stick above the lid height - Iron ring/frame not included.
For replacement of existing lids for better radio reading, upgrading pits, or replacing broken lids or installing AMR, AMI ,or touch read units. any antennas shown are for illustration purposes only and not included.
Recessed Hole for AMR, AMI antennas, or touch read modules
- Recessed are allows antennsa to be flush with the top surface of the lid. No more antenna damage from lawn mowers, snow Blowers or plows, or traffic. Reduced Trip Hazard from antenna thickness. Hole is offset in the recessed area to fit most AMR or AMI units
(Note: does not fit Neptune - see other listings for a Neptune R-900 compatible cover. Does not fit some antennas larger diameter than 4" Fits Kamstrup AMR, but not Kamstrup AMI)
