I purchased this bag for my new cat, thinking it would be good for nail clipping, but I soon realized that this cat accepts no form of confinement and does not even like to be picked up, so I can only recommend the bag for cats that are not too difficult to handle.
The bag's head opening is adjustable with a velcro strap. The front corners are closed with velcro and can be opened for nail grooming. The back end closes with a zipper. The carry strap is long enough to go on your shoulder and can also be used to secure the bag with a seatbelt in the car.
The material appears to be a nylon blend and crackles a little when handled.
