** Lot of FOUR (4) - ANTIQUE - CAST IRON SNOW GUARDS - 100 + YERAS OLD - rusted
Up for BID/SALE is this LOT of FOUR (4) of these ANTIQUE "CAST IRON - SNOW GUARDS" or commonly KNOWN as "Snow Birds" that I purchased at a recent ESTATE SALE -- these are OVER 100 YEARS OLD and they were MADE in the USA by "SLATINGTON" in Slatington, Pennsylvania -- they are DATED 1908 or so (I think) as it is kinda hard to read -- each one MEASURES about 10 1/4 inches LONG (mounting area) and the FRONT measures about 6 inches WIDE by 3 1/2 inches HIGH by over 1/4 inch THICK -- they have surface rust on them which can be removed with many chemicals or sand-blasting and I leave that up to you -- Guess, the newer "Rust-o-leum" paint can be used right over the rust as well but again, I leave that up to you -- they are HEAVIER than they look!! -- COMBINED SHIPPING available (WHEN possible) to help save on postage costs but WAIT or REQUEST an invoice FROM ME on these LIGHTER ITEMS and you WILL SAVE MONEY on shipping!! -- -- -- --------------- WHAT YOU SEE IN THE PICTURE IS WHAT YOU GET!! ++++++++ -- eBay NOW collects your State Sales Tax (IF applicable) **** >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Please ASK all questions prior to bidding as all sales are final.
