This is a spectacular tiger oak architectural carving. It is rare for it's carved figural woman's head with a delicate looking face. The figural carving is wearing a broach, and has bows in her upswept hair. She is surrounded by a carved leafy pattern done in a tightly close proximity, adding to the fullness of the piece. This piece can be hung as is, or used in various other ways, such as a headboard, or a coat/hat rack by adding 4 antique hooks. It's endless for this wow piece. Length 56", Height 18", Depth 2 1/2".
