ANTIQUE CARVED PORCH RAIL
Neat antique carved wood gingerbread porch baluster or rail measuring 23" tall, 4" wide and about 1" thick. Made from solid wood, it is pierced and decoratively curved with a wonderful primitive look - bearing the old grey paint which is worn, rubbed, chipped, discolored and oxidized - exactly what you want to see from an antique baluster. I've always had this hanging over a door entryway - there is a small sawtooth bracket on one side for hanging horizontally, but it would be perfect displayed vertically in a narrow space. Just a fun antique carved baluster - neat architectural appeal and a lovely addition to any home, collection or display!
