Antique Ornate Metal Architectural Element or Garden Surround / Low Table

Description

Ornamental garden surround or architectural element,
is good for a low table with a glass top. Or a fence to highlight
plantings. Looks like cast iron, but is heavy cast aluminum with
trace old paint. First pictures show the surround right side up,
last to upside down. c. 1900 - 1920
