Fantastic large antique brass vacuum gauge. Made by Schaeffer & Budenberg of Brooklyn, NY. This particular gauge was made for the Merrill Company of Boston, MA and proudly says so on the dial of the gauge. The dial and glass are just about perfect and the brass has an amazing patina. The piece is about 9.5” in diameter with it being an 8” gauge. There is a brass fitting which protrudes from the bottom. This piece is fresh from a good sized New England estate collection of gauges.
