    Description

    Antique Cast Iron Snowbird Roof Guard Federal Eagle Early. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. I find this eagle to be a very early example of an American roof guard snow guard eagle cast very early pre-1890s my estimation. Note the screw that holds the support tongue to the back of the eagle is a wrought iron hand hammered which I took a good picture of please look carefully. The eagle wingspan to 6 inches from tip to tip and he stands a little less than 5 inches tall well weathered but complete. Thanks for looking Jeff
