Antique Architectural Wooden Folk Art Barn Star Pennsylvania

Everybody has a tin barn star, they are fun. This is an antique wooden barn star found in Pennsylvania. The star is solid wood made in separate pieces and nailed together. The form is amazing, the old painted surface is beautiful. I can't say enough about this piece, the age the look and how it has survived in this wonderful condition. Based on the nails and age of the wood this piece is from the late 1800's.
The star is 30" from point tip to tip and depth is 3". The star has a slight bow to it which is how it was originally made.
